Warranty

We here at Charleston Gamerooms stand behind our games and our customers. We offer the following warranties on our products:

  • We have a full 30 day "bumper to bumper" warranty on all of the arcade games we sell. If anything breaks on an arcade game we sell within the warranty period we will fix it at no charge.

  • We offer a 60 day labor warranty on all of our pinball games.

  • We have a six month "bumper to bumper" warranty on all of our Multigame systems
